Arabic Tagging

The first time I see some Arabic graffiti in Sweden. (To be nitpicky, it is only in the Arabic alphabet. For all I know I might be Farsi or any other language customarily written with that alphabet.) I have no idea what it means - translations are welcome. I don't even know how to put the text into Google translate.
