4th of July

So that day came around again, and what better place to celebrate it than doing a massive in-your-face in the middle of London?

We loaded up with beer (Australian, but what the hell), beef, chicken, Charlotte potatoes (are they from North Carolina?), and New York style cheesecake...

...and the 2006 soccer world cup. Ok, that last one betrayed a distinct non-american set of priorities. Finding a theme for the party was easy: Gluttony. If there is one deadly sin uniquely suited to a celebration, this one is it. (It is the tastiest at any rate.)

Germany is out of the world cup thanks to two quick Italian goals in the 118th and 120th minute.
