Ingredients

  • 0.25 kg Pasta fusili integrale (dried)

  • 1 onion

  • 290 g sundried tomatoes

  • 250 g mushrooms

  • 200 g crushed tomatoes

  • 2 dl crème fraiche

Preparation

  1. Chop sundried tomatoes

  2. Chop onion

  3. Chop mushrooms

  4. Fry onion and mushrooms until mushrooms give off water

  5. Add tomatoes

  6. Let fry a bit

  7. Add crème fraiche and stir

  8. Add salt, pepper, spices
