0.25 kg Pasta fusili integrale (dried)
1 onion
290 g sundried tomatoes
250 g mushrooms
200 g crushed tomatoes
2 dl crème fraiche
Preparation
Chop sundried tomatoes
Chop onion
Chop mushrooms
Fry onion and mushrooms until mushrooms give off water
Add tomatoes
Let fry a bit
Add crème fraiche and stir
Add salt, pepper, spices
