Crispy Waffles
An easy recipe for waffles.
Servings:
Ingredients
2 dl cold water
2 dl milk
4 dl flour
125 g butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon sugar
Preparation
Melt the butter.
Mix the other ingredients.
Wait for the butter to cool.
Add the butter to the mix.
Heat the waffle iron
Add butter to the iron for the first waffle
Each waffle is 1 dl.
Put them separately on an oven grid to keep them crispy (don't stack them as I did).
