On the afternoon of April 7, 2017, an islamist terrorist hijacked a truck and drove it down the pedestrian street Drottninggatan[a], killing five and seriously injuring 14. I wasn't there when it happened, although I had been nearby earlier. The whole inner city was shut down and closed off, so when I went to meet my cousin I had to walk - along with many others - out to Wenner-Gren Center.
