Remember me - I'm that little man gone blind. I used to sell pencils on the street corner.
A plaque honoring Leo A. Beuerman (1902 - 1974)[a], who despite severe impairments (he was shorter than the concrete block the plaque is on) managed to live an independent life in Lawrence.
