The Golden Energy Dome of Husby

This is apparently an "Energy Dome", where you can see how much energy is consumed by the buildings surrounding it. I assume it was supposed to contrast the white / gray buildings immediately next to it with the older houses across the road. I never found out since the dome was empty and abandoned.
