Church of the Holy Sepulchre

The church said to contain Golgotha and the place where Jesus was buried (the "sepulchre"). I first thought I'd write a summary of interesting things about the church here, but there were so many on the Wikipedia article about the church[a], that I'll just invite the reader to go there. For example, due to the complex ownership arrangements of the church building, there has been a ladder standing on the outside of the church since the 19th century - it doesn't go anywhere, but nobody is allowed to move or remove it.
