Julpyssel - now that's one of the few words I don't know how to translate into English. Basically it is Christmas handcrafting for kids used as an excuse for adults to get together. This year the theme was a glass jar filled with candy - sort of like a piñata. I forfeited the candy and rolled my jar in a red cotton-like material instead. The two "ears" were originally supposed to be eyes - but a red hairy bug-eyed insectoid beast didn't go well with my concept of Christmas, so they became ears.
In case anyone is wondering, the sign says (approximately) - "cozy wozy".
Update 2010-06-21: Yes, li'l Cozy Wozy is still alive and well.
