Venice Beach and Marina del Rey, CA |

Just south of Santa Monica is Venice Beach and south of that lies Marina del Rey. I know only two things about this area - this is where the Frogman[a] lives, and they have a canal with some expensive-looking houses.
There was, of course, no way for me to pop in on the Frogman, but I could get some pictures of the canal.

(By the way - how do I know about the Frogman? Simple: He had an exhibition at the Coast Gallery[b], and the gallery staff told me a little about him. Apparently he is a "real character".)
