After getting thoroughly soaked, I moved on to my original goal with the excursion: taking a photo of Akalla, Husby and Kista from a hill in Hansta Nature Reserve. Unfortunately, Husby got hidden behind the tall houses of Akalla, and Kista could only be seen in the form of Kista Science Tower poking up over the buildings in Akalla. The photos turned out ok, I guess, but given the price I paid in insect bites I don't know if they were worth it. The air on top of the hill was filled with mosquitoes.
