Taken from the very edge of the construction project happening near the south-west corner of the station. The "Waterfront Building" will be built here, consisting of a congress centre for up to 3000 people and a 418 room, four-star hotel.

When the building is finished at about 2010 or so, perhaps even the website will be available.
