Yosemite Again

Last time in Yosemite I was so intent on getting to Modesto and sleep that I left the park at around 1830. As I drove out I realized it was a mistake to not hang around tunnel view a little longer. I saw the cliffs surrounding the valley turn gold and then red.

From far away.

Too far away to take a good picture of it.

So I decided that should I ever return to Yosemite, I'll wait out the sunset at tunnel view no matter what. I don't care if I never leave Yosemite, I will have my sunset photos.

I also went on a speed-hike to Mirror Lake, which was all dried up this time of year and more "Mirror Puddle", being about three by twenty meters in size, with a depth of half a meter.
