So that day came around again, and what better place to celebrate it than doing a massive in-your-face in the middle of London?
We loaded up with beer (Australian, but what the hell), beef, chicken, Charlotte potatoes (are they from North Carolina[a]?), and New York style cheesecake...
...and the 2006 soccer world cup. Ok, that last one betrayed a distinct non-american set of priorities. Finding a theme for the party was easy: Gluttony. If there is one deadly sin uniquely suited to a celebration, this one is it. (It is the tastiest at any rate.)
